I ordered my 19mm nail over a month ago, order number 696. My account has been charged for weeks now and I have yet to receive my piece. I have emailed you and would like a response. If I don't not hear from you, I will cancel the payment and contact The Better Business Bureau. This is no way that a legitimate business should run.

It seems you have a problem fulfilling orders but you do not have any problems charging people for their orders. What kind of business does that? Please send me my glass ASAP or refund my money.

It has been 25 days since I paid for my Cody marble...it still has not arrived, and no update on shipping. I have been in contact with Buck on FB, and he said he would update me next day, but have heard nothing back from him in 12 days. Please let me know what is going on. Thanks.

I had placed an order on Monday the 18th, very early in the morning. I never received any kind of confirmation of my purchase. I was not too worried at the time because the order info. was correct under "my account" here on the site. It showed the status as: "payment received", and it said: "order created", so all seemed well. My credit card was certainly charged. Being a holiday that Monday I wasn't expecting to hear back about shipping for probably a day or maybe two. On Thursday afternoon (2/21) after not hearing anything at all still, I emailed looking for a status update. Now today is the 25th (a full week later), and I have not received any kind of response or notification. Same status and info. shown under "my account" as on day one. I'm very concerned about what is happening with my order.

so i ordered on the 21 saw that it said orders would ship on 23 so i was cool with that. how ever now it is the 25 no package web site say payment recived sent email have not heard any thing back in futer i will be going to made in chicago or will be ordering off of aqua lab. not happy with the fact i have not heard back even after emailing come on its 2013 emial goes to your phone not to hard.!!

First time customer here, ordered a Highly Educated V3 18mm Titanium Nail for $80 and paid an extra $28 dollars to ensure that it would get shipped to me by AT LEAST the end of the week. Ordered my nail on Jan 14th, Monday night around 7pm California time. It is now Friday night, January 18th, and I still have not received my package. Express mail is supposed to be 2 days and its now been 4 days. I know that it could have made it here by now. I have been given no tracking number, no way to track my package, I get no responses when I send messages. There is no real contact email and no number to call for customer service. Today i log on and i have noticed that there is now a 20% percent discount on all purchases, just days after i make my purchase, and priority shipping (2-3 days) is now $5....Yet i paid $27 for express shipping and still have not received my package....extremely concerned

I ordered an 18mm Voorhees slide. Coming all the way from California to Canada - only took about a week + shipping was only $5!! The slide came wrapped with several layers of different bubble wraps(I knew right away nothing could have happened to my slide). I was extremely satisfied to see how much care was put into my purchase and will surely be making many more purchases off of The Pacific Glass Gallery :)

SICK Vortex marb by Boston super dope lathe work by Wil the only SLIGHT let down is the downstem it came with but that will be replaced with an Alex-K... My delivery arrived VERY promptly and once again no customs charges!!!

Even after a small hiccup on my end of the payment, PGG continued to work with me and be patient until I could fix the error. Very prompt and excellent service as well as follow up! USPS even lied and said the delivery date would be a day AFTER it arrived. I'm in love with my Mike Fro Curve and will not hesitate to purchase anything from them again! (I KNOW I'll be ordering more SOON!!)

I should be taking delivery of my 2 x n8 slides TI dabber and stand this week, and already blown my glass budget for next month on another sick Wil Glass/Chauncee Brulee collab!!! and a D-mak pendant, I will most likely add something else small to my order like a few pendants!

Once again super stoked with my latest order from PGG... got some sick ass Aaron Vigil dishes, a dry piece a couple of dishes, and 2 SICK ASS pendants!!! as usual Buck super hooked it up and threw me in some hemp twine for my pendants AND a quartz nail that fits my "Royal" dome!!! My package was finally delivered after paying a nominal VAT/customs charge (£15.99/$25) extremely well packed... The grenade itself exceeded all my expectations... Buck as usual saw the deal through from start to finish and also gave me a good price.

I cant say enough about these guys, most has been said already. I was stoked to discover PGG would ship to me in England as quality glass is VERY hard to come by here, I bought the Wil/Boston 10" beaker, Buck did me a SICK deal and swapped out the 18mm diffy for a 18/14mm reducing diffy and threw in a matching slide... he then told m about the "Grenades" and managed to hook me up with one with work that exactly matches the work on my tube... I have "reserved" the grenade which will complete my set!!! (just need a custom dabbber) :)

I looked at many tubes/bubblers to stat my collection... was looking to get a Toro micro but they are becoming more and more popular even in the UK and I wanted something not every "joe" has.. I wanted something unique and pacific glass delivered, I dont think ANYONE will EVER have a complete set EXACTLY like mine :)))
