Creep is a Washington State artist who has been working with glass for more than ten years. He started his glass career at the furnace but switched to the torch to pursue further freedom and detail in his work. “I’m constantly trying to add more sculptural detail and keep the pieces super functional at the same time.” He tries to keep things fresh by working with other artists and digging for new sources of inspiration and information. And, while everyone likes to look at the big headies, not everyone can afford them. So Creep tries to offer the same attention to detail on all of his pieces, no matter how large or small. "i enjoy creating desire; my mission is to make something that when people pick it up to check it out, they won't want to set it down, glass is the perfect medium for this. i enjoy simple shapes and forms, i like things to look natural. important details for me are how pieces sit or stand, how they fit into your hand when you hold it, and the focal points must be worth scrutinizing. every moment behind the torch is a gift i don't take for granted, much thanks to Kaj and Art and everyone that paved the way. these are exciting times for coe33, i'm honored to be apart of it." -n3rd
