Do I receive exactly what's pictured?

Yes! Almost all our products are one of a kind, so what you see is exactly what you get. We only sell the highest quality glassware and attempt to provide the customer a detailed description and sufficient pictures to make an informed purchase.

Does Pacific Glass Gallery test the products beforehand?

No! We never use or test out any of the products we sell. Although for some pieces such as bubblers, we may test the diffusion with water only to ensure optimal performance so you can rest assured you're buying a well-designed piece that functions as intended.

Which products are in stock?

Everything displayed in the store is currently in stock and ready to ship. Unique items are marked unavailable and moved to the sold glass section once they are sold. The products may remain visible in their categories momentarily due to page caching.

Can I order something custom?

Yes, we are able to do custom orders. If you are interested in purchasing a custom piece, please use the contact form to get in touch with us about your order. Please note, we cannot place custom orders with every artist that we stock, but there is a good likelihood we can if we have a decent supply of their work in stock. For custom orders there is a $100 minimum, and we may require a 50% down payment with the other half due when the piece is complete.

How can I pay?

We can accept all major credit or debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If these are not viable options for you, please get in touch with us through the contact form to arrange another means of payment. To ensure your security, our checkout is protected by SSL encryption, and your credit card information is never stored.

Do you charge tax?

We charge 7.75% sales tax for buyers in California.

Where can I ship to?

We will ship almost anywhere in the United States, but for legal reasons we cannot ship to Idaho, Iowa, or Pennsylvania. And yes, international orders are entirely possible! Please contact us if you require any assistance arranging your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We strive to ship orders out within 24 hours, so you should receive your order in 2-4 days via USPS Priority Mail or within 1-3 days by Express Mail. International orders typically arrive in about a week by Priority or First Class and 3-5 days by Express.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns, but you may exchange your unused item if it is defective, damaged, or not as described when you first receive it. Contact us as soon as possible to request an exchange.

What should I do with the box after?

We always use environmentally friendly packing supplies when shipping orders, and we would like to encourage you to recycle left over bubble wrap, peanuts, and boxes after you stop drooling over your new glass!
